Designed to provide strategic support in a community setting that helps nonprofit leaders gain clarity, build systems, strengthen connections, and lead with confidence. When you join a cohort, you’re stepping onto a launchpad, surrounded by like-minded leaders, all working to contribute to good in our world.
INVITE Cohort
If you’re like most nonprofit leaders, you wear a lot of hats and your time is incredibly valuable. Sometimes the mechanics of fundraising feel disconnected from the true heart of your work.
But fundraising is deeply relational.
You know the vision. You know the impact. You understand what’s at stake. You just need a simple, meaningful way to invite others into it and a few local champions willing to open their homes, invite a circle of friends, and create a warm space for you to share your heart.
You won’t build this alone, either. You’ll be building it alongside a small group of nonprofit leaders doing the exact same thing in their own towns, at the same time, showing up to the same calls, hitting the same milestones, cheering each other’s wins. Clarity is what makes the ask possible. Confidence is what makes you say it out loud. This cohort gives you both, in community, not in isolation.
Overview
- 6 Weeks of Live Calls: We meet once a week for 90 minutes.
- The Structure of the Calls: First, a simple strategy taught live. Second, we workshop it to fit your mission. Third, we mute microphones and do the work together. Finally, we come back to troubleshoot and celebrate what got built.
- Ongoing Support (Weeks 7–12): Because your gatherings will keep happening after our live calls end, we move to a private group chat for six more weeks for coaching, troubleshooting, and peer celebration from me and the rest of your cohort as you run your final gatherings.
What We Build
- The Message & The Ask: A polished message that shares your impact, paired with a specific, collaborative ask. You’ll rehearse it live in the group before you ever say it in a living room.
- The Hosts: How to identify your local champions and confidently invite them to open their homes. We start asking in Week 1.
- The Playbook: A simple, done-for-you guide you hand to your hosts, so they know exactly who to invite and how to do it naturally.
- The Logistics: How to design an evening of true hospitality and connection.
- The Follow-Up: A stewardship plan that ensures every new guest feels deeply valued long after the evening ends, because the donor is more valuable than the dollar.

Session 1
We work to define the heart-centered logic of how your work changes lives, and ensure your mission stays focused so your capacity stays protected. You’ll leave with the foundation of your strategy workbook and a roadmap for finding the reliable data and stories you need to complete it before our next session.
Build Measurement for your Credibility
Session 2
We move from counting heads at activities to measuring the actual transformation in a person’s life. You’ll learn how to build simple measurement tools that prove your work is bearing fruit, and leave with the specific objectives and outcomes needed to set goals that show your mission’s credibility to any funder.
Create Invitation for your Impact
Session 3
We audit your supporter experience to ensure every touchpoint demonstrates your core belief: the donor is more valuable than the dollar. We build the stewardship systems that turn one-time givers into lifelong partners, and you’ll leave with a full action plan you can put to work on your next campaign.
