The CLEAR Strategy Session is the starting point for all of our services.
By the end of this 2-hour session, you will have a complete CLEAR Framework™️. After our call, we conduct deep research to ensure accurate data. We then synthesize the findings to draft your Theory of Change and write proposed SMART Goals for you. You gain the confidence to lead and the capacity to focus on what matters.

Grant Services
Option 1: Grants Toolkit
Best for organizations ready to pursue grants who have the internal staff to manage the process, but need a strategic kickstart to begin.

- Candid Seal of Transparency: Assurance you have what you need to get up to Gold at minimum (this unlocks Foundation Directory for free if your budget is under $1 million).

Add-On: Grant-Ready Budget Development
If your organization does not yet have a “grant-ready” budget, we can create one for you. Using your existing budget, we’ll format and refine it to meet funder expectations and align with industry standards. Once complete, we’ll facilitate a review session with up to three key staff or board members to ensure everyone understands and confidently approves the final version.

Best for organizations ready to scale revenue through active grant-seeking who need a dedicated partner to manage the entire system.
