Our Harbor of Hope for Families (Texas)
In 2024, the organization was facing a critical leadership transition and unsure of the next step to take. They were doing life-changing work for single mothers but lacked structural data, formalized programming, and a sustainable funding plan.
What We Did
We stepped in at a leadership level to stabilize operations, build core programming, and create the systems needed to support new leadership. Today, we continue as a strategic and grant partner, building measurement tools and long-term strategy.
The Result
Since 2024 we have stabilized programs, created systems to measure impact, secured over $160,000 in grant funding and ensured the organization was in a position for continued growth.

What We Did
We facilitated a C.L.E.A.R. Strategy intensive and then stepped in fractionally to lead their End-of-Year peer-to-peer campaign.
The Result
Working together, we raised $26,000 from 51 donors in just 3 weeks and met their End of Year campaign goal.

For The Silent (East Texas)
The new Executive Director of a well established organization had a powerful vision to launch a three-year strategic campaign to combat youth exploitation and trafficking. She needed a thought-partner and practical support to bring the vision to reality.
What We Did
We partnered as a grant strategist to map a 3-year prevention campaign, align budgets, and build a strong funding pipeline.

Working together, we have secured over $47,000 in grant funding in the first year and have established a clear path for long-term growth.
