About Us

Know & Tell Agency provide simple systems and fractional executive support to help nonprofit leaders gain clarity, build capacity, strengthen connections, and lead with confidence.

A Collaborative Agency

We are a collective of high-capacity system-thinkers and active community members who want to contribute to good in the world. We intentionally operate outside the confines of the traditional 40-hour corporate workweek, which allows us to attract elite, purpose-driven talent while keeping our own overhead exceptionally low. We pass those operational savings directly to our clients.

We’re former nonprofit leaders and educators who understand both the heart of grassroots missions and the systems required to sustain them.

What does a typical day look like for you?

My best days are built on a foundation of intentional connection. It begins with Coffee Hour, a routine my husband and I started in 2018 to ensure we have undivided attention before the day starts. We transition to our morning workouts and after that, the boys way up and we begin our day with them.

My work time is focused on the Know & Tell team and clients – sometimes that looks like digging into the data for grant proposals, or building impact tracking toolkits, or leading coaching sessions.  Beyond the workday, my husband and I spend time cultivating community, both in our online spaces and our new neighborhood. We wrap up our days as a family with dinner, walks, and games.

What excites you about being on the team?

I am very excited to work alongside a team that is genuinely passionate about contributing  to good in the world. I find so much joy in connecting with leaders who are doing incredible things in the world and being the person who helps provide the clarity and support they need to make their work feel a little bit  lighter.

What does a typical day look like for you?

As a homeschooling mama of three young boys, my days are filled with lots of laughter, outside time, and exploring. I’m up early most mornings, usually starting my work with a hot cup of coffee in hand while the house is still quiet. As everyone wakes up, we spend time learning together and then head out for a daily adventure—whether it’s the library, science museum, or zoo, we love exploring our area and learning something new. Outside of work and motherhood, I enjoy running with good music or a podcast. My family also loves to travel, whether that’s in our camper or across the seas.

What excites you about being on the team?

I enjoy working with organizations that are doing meaningful work and providing support behind the scenes. I love helping clients feel like they can truly check something off their list—knowing the work will be done thoughtfully, accurately, and with care. This role allows me to combine my background in teaching, writing, and data analysis to help nonprofits secure funding and clearly communicate their impact, all while working from home and maximizing time with my family.

What does a typical day look like for you?

Every day in my life looks a little different than the last, and that’s something I’ve come to really appreciate about life. Whether it’s part of the daily routine (driving my kids to school, exercising, trying new recipes) or living more creatively (designing beautiful interior spaces, interesting digital graphics, telling stories), there’s one common thread: I’m obsessed with designing my days to maximize whimsy, connection, and purpose. So be it creating a compelling story through words and visuals for a marketing project, or creating a stronger community through my kids’ school and our neighborhood- my entire heart goes into everything I do.

What excites you about being on the team?
I’m always looking for meaningful ways to contribute to the world, and I’m excited to be on a team that connects impactful organizations with other experts who lead with purpose. My background in teaching and developing effective, thoughtful lessons has helped me build a great foundation to work specifically with this team and deliver exactly what an organization needs to make the most impact.

What does a typical day look like for you?

The first part of my day usually takes place in my class at work, where I get to teach and love on preschoolers. Lately, I find that the highlights of my week are often around the dinner table, when our life group gathers over a home cooked meal or my family comes together for our weekly dinner. Most nights, you can find me falling asleep to a book in bed. In my free time, I love spending time outside, sipping on a cup of coffee, or going on a walk with a friend.

What excites you about being on the team?

The passion of those in this circle to contribute to organizations that are helping others is so beautiful and inspiring to me. There is a genuine heart behind this mission to meet the needs of our clients in creative and understanding ways, so that we might empower those we work with to further their impact on the world.

The Origin Story

There’s this core belief that was built through years of experience on Young Life staff and in the classroom as a middle school teacher: structure brings freedom

Jill Eoff, founder of Know & Tell Agency, has been guided by this core belief.

She saw firsthand how clear systems and a plan for measuring growth could empower people to achieve incredible things, whether they were students, volunteers, or fellow staff members.

Jill and her husband achieved financial independence and retired in their mid 30s and traveled the world with their two boys for over two years. This period of freedom and agency allowed her to reached out to friends in the nonprofit space with a simple offer:

“How can I help?”

Know & Tell was born.

It was founded with a dual mission: to build agency for nonprofit leaders who felt trapped by the day-to-day, and to build an agency of passionate experts who could deliver that support as a true, collaborative team. It is the culmination of Jill’s entire journey, built on a model she believes in and is proud of.
