Not included: corporate sponsorship, large events, major gift asks, or your donor database. Campaign materials and government grants are quoted separately.
How to start: Schedule a call to talk through whether a full year together is the right fit. There’s no commitment, and I’ll send an invoice only if we decide to move forward.
Founder’s Journey
$450 per quarter · with other founders
For nonprofits less than three years old. Each quarter, you and a small group of founders build one part of your foundation: your mission, your measures, your first donors, and your board. Take one quarter, or stay for the year.
Choose this if you are starting a nonprofit and want to build it right the first time, with other founders.
The four quarters
- CLEAR: internal clarity that drives all of the work forward
- Measurement: tools to measure what matters and demonstrate impact
- INVITE: strategy for relational fundraising
- GATHER: equipping your board to play a specific part in fundraising
Every quarter
- Three 90-minute working sessions, one a month
- A check in call two weeks after each session
- A Voxer thread
- A 30-minute one-on-one at the end of the quarter
What it asks of your team: One working session and one circle a month, plus a weekly Voxer check-in. You commit one quarter at a time.
Start date: January 2027. If you join after Quarter 1, I’ll catch you up on Clarity in your first month.
